Heather Trudell obtained her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 2006. She obtained her bachelor’s degree cum laude, from Boston University and was a Boston University Recipient of George A. Pappas Scholarship for four consecutive years.
She is admitted to the practice of law in all Massachusetts State Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
In addition to her expertise in estate planning and estate and trust administration, Attorney Trudell also has a strong background in real estate conveyancing. This comprehensive knowledge allows her firm to provide holistic advice and representation to clients, ensuring that their estate planning and estate administration goals align with their overall estate administration objectives, especially as it pertains to real estate passing through a probate estate or trust.
Attorney Trudell is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), as well as the local Massachusetts Chapter (MANAELA), the Real Estate Bar Association (REBA) and the Worcester Bar Association, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the law. This commitment to ongoing education and professional development allows Attorney Trudell to provide clients with the most current and effective legal strategies.
Attorney Trudell passionately believes in contributing back to her community and has served on a number of non-profit Boards throughout her career. She currently serves as a Director for the Millbury Federal Credit Union and for the non-profit organization, Elder Services of Worcester Area, Inc. She served on the Board of Directors for the Millbury Chain of Lights, Inc. for the past ten years, was a Vice President and Member of the Board of Directors for the Friends of Grafton Elders, Inc., and was the Treasurer for the South Grafton Parent Teacher Organization. She also served as an appointed Member of the Town of Grafton Conservation Commission, a volunteer position within the Town of Grafton.
Ms. Trudell is a frequent presenter at seminars focused on estate planning, estate and trust administration, as well as first-time home buying. She enjoys presenting to groups within our community and welcomes opportunities to speak about her practice areas.
Heather lives in Grafton with her husband, two children and their loveable golden retriever.
